Manually set the Plane layout of a Scroll Screen.

This function manually sets the 4 planes comprising a NBG scroll screen in cases when the default plane tiling pattern is not desired. The Planes will display in a 2x2 grid as:
|a|b| |c|d|

Parameters

a,b,c,d

the plane indicies of the 4 planes that will display in the normal scroll
